From Neglect to Model: Help Finish the Restoration
Thanks to grants, tenants, rentals, and generous donors, Centennial Hall is now a recognized preservation success in New Hampshire. But we still need community support to secure matching grants and complete key renovations that will boost rental income and keep the Hall sustainable.
Why your support matters
- Grants require matching funds. Our largest LCHIP award was won because voters approved warrant‑article funding — a clear sign of town support. Town contributions helped secure the grant, but private donations demonstrate broad community backing and are essential to meet match requirements.
- Tenants and event rentals provide steady income, but upgrades are needed to grow revenue.
- Individual gifts make restoration and maintenance possible.
