We’re rolling into our newest revitalization efforts.
We have completed our full building assessment under the direction of Steve Bedard, Principal, Bedard Preservation and Restoration (Gilmanton). Steve has 42 years field experience on all types of of preservation and restoration projects, ranging in date from 1685 through 1930, and is a contractor approved by the NH Preservation Alliance. He has worked with non-profits, museums, municipalities, and the State Division of Historic Resources. Lisa Masoulf, Principal, LM Preservation (Reading, MA) who successfully completed Centennial Hall’s application to the National Register will review the assessment to provide additional supervision on National Historic Preservation compliance.
